Welcome to the first edition of Be.Weekly—a space where we share the real stories, tools, and community behind Be.Holistic, the AI-powered wellness coach built to support your whole self.
Where It All Began
Be.Holistic didn’t start as a business idea. It started with a personal tool and a conversation between siblings.
Serena had been developing a GPT-based assistant to help with meal planning, sustainable shopping, and budgeting—a tool designed to make healthy eating more accessible, eco-conscious, and practical. She shared the prototype with her brother Shannon, who had been going through a significant health transformation.
Shannon had already spent nearly a year focused on weight loss and strength training, but something wasn’t working anymore. He’d hit a plateau. Despite all the data from fitness apps, nothing was connecting the dots between his workouts, his energy, his food—and how he actually felt. So together, they started experimenting.

Serena’s original tool became the foundation for something deeper. Shannon adapted it to his training and recovery needs, and Serena helped refine the logic, add personality adaptation, and build in support for things like fasting, supplements, sleep, and stress.
That tool evolved into Be.Holistic.
What We’re Building
Be.Holistic isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s not a calorie tracker or a quick-fix diet app. It’s a mirror, a memory, and a mentor—an intelligent companion that helps you make better decisions based on your body, your lifestyle, your goals, and your rhythms. It looks at the whole picture: fitness, nutrition, stress, sleep, hormones, gut health, medication, time, energy, recovery—even your shopping habits.

Why We’re Sharing It
This project emerged not just from personal need—but from a shared desire to use our creative skills in service of something bigger. After years in the creative industries, we found ourselves desiring more purpose-driven work—tools and narratives that could actually help people improve their lives.
When we saw how transformative this AI assistant had become in our own routines, energy levels, and understanding of ourselves, we knew we had to share it.
What started as a personal tool became a collaborative experiment in wellbeing—and now, it's becoming a community.
